Dr. Veronica Eyo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a doctorate in education and a master’s in social work. She specializes in supporting mothers navigating postpartum depression, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, and the “mental load” of motherhood. With a warm, practical, and collaborative approach, she helps women set boundaries, strengthen relationships, and rediscover confidence in themselves. In addition to her clinical practice, she is a professor at Pepperdine University, where she contributes to research and trains future social workers.
Outside of work, Dr. Eyo is a mom of three who loves traveling, cooking with her kids, crafting, journaling, and creating a cozy home. She believes in finding small ways to “sparkle” each day—through self-care, laughter, or quality family time.
