"At the heart of my work is the belief that with the right support, people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom and create meaningful change."
"In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, sound healing, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with my loved ones and therapist friends.
"Fun Fact about me: I live with two furry co-therapists: Butter Napoleon, my 15-year-old senior maltipoo who embodies quiet wisdom and the art of simply being, and Potato Moon, a spunky 7-month-old maltese who reminds me to embrace joy, stay curious, and live in the moment. They teach me lessons I carry into the therapy room—about presence, patience, and the healing power of connection & unconditional love."
