EMDR

Wendy has a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Political Analysis. She specializes in trauma-informed care, including EMDR and Brainspotting, and is deeply rooted in a transpersonal, holistic approach that honors the mind-body-spirit connection.

Wendy works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting challenges and life transitions. Wendy enjoys working with adults of all ages, especially creatives, empaths, and professionals in high-stress environments.

Wendy is a California state-certified sexual assault counselor and has completed certification in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research through the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). "At the heart of my work is the belief that with the right support, people can reconnect with their own inner wisdom and create meaningful change."

"In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, sound healing, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with my loved ones and therapist friends.

"Fun Fact about me: I live with two furry co-therapists: Butter Napoleon, my 15-year-old senior maltipoo who embodies quiet wisdom and the art of simply being, and Potato Moon, a spunky 7-month-old maltese who reminds me to embrace joy, stay curious, and live in the moment. They teach me lessons I carry into the therapy room—about presence, patience, and the healing power of connection & unconditional love."
