Support for Students with IEPs and 504 Plans
When students are identified as needing additional support through an IEP or 504 plan, families are often left navigating next steps on their own. Our team helps extend that care outside of school by providing ongoing therapy, ADHD and neurodivergent-informed support, and guidance that includes parent involvement. We aim to align with what has already been identified while supporting the student in a more holistic way.
A Simple Referral Process
You can share our link or QR code directly with families. From there, they complete a short intake form, and our team follows up quickly to guide next steps and match them with the right clinician. There is no back-and-forth required on your end, allowing you to focus on your students.
