Anna Izzo: CEO

I started Izzo Therapy because I saw a need I couldn’t fill alone.
As a therapist, I was witnessing a growing number of families—especially those from underserved backgrounds—struggling to find care that felt both accessible and meaningful. I knew I could only do so much on my own, and that truly supporting our communities would require something bigger.

That realization sparked a new vision:
To build a team of passionate, skilled clinicians who not only care deeply about children and families, but who also want to be part of something that prioritizes compassion, equity, and sustainability. My mission is no longer just to provide therapy—it's to create a space where therapists are supported, growth is celebrated, and families receive the kind of care they truly deserve.

Together, we’re not just meeting a need—we’re building a future where healing is possible for everyone.

At Izzo Therapy, our goal for new associates is simple:

To help you become the kind of clinician you’ve always wanted to be. We’re committed to providing high-quality care—whether for private pay or insurance-based clients—and that starts with fueling your passion, supporting your growth, and making sure your career aligns with your values.

While you're here, we want you to feel proud of the work you’re doing.
You’ll know you’ve maintained the integrity of your clinical practice, grown in meaningful ways, and been surrounded by a team that genuinely cares about what matters to you.

We believe great therapy starts with supporting the therapist.
That’s why we focus on your well-being, listen to your needs, and actively work to prevent burnout. You deserve a fulfilling career and a life that feels balanced and sustainable.

Our mission goes beyond one office.

We’re urgently needed in our current community, and we’re building something that can grow—into other counties and eventually, other states. Last year alone, 50% of the population was seeking therapy. That tells us everything: the world needs more compassionate, capable therapists, and we’re here to support them.

What kids and families need most is access to thoughtful, skilled, and passionate clinicians—and it’s my mission to make that possible.

If your values align with ours please apply within!
