I am a licensed psychologist from Brazil with more than 15 years of experience in clinical, sports, and school psychology, working with preschool-aged children, adolescents, and adults.
I have experience supporting individuals with eating disorders, substance use recovery, and a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I provide therapy in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with a special interest in working with immigrants, LGBTQ+ (queer) individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating walk-and-talk therapy and expressive art therapy when appropriate.
I also have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing behavioral intervention and parent training for children with autism. I am passionate about understanding human behavior and helping clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

You’ll often find me planning my next trip in search of authentic local food and cultural experiences rather than crowded tourist attractions. When I’m not traveling, I love cooking, it is my favorite way to relax, recharge, and share meaningful moments with family and friends.

One of my lifelong dreams was to become a pilot. My love for aviation is so strong that I still enjoy arriving at the airport hours before my flight just to watch airplanes take off and land. During the pandemic, I decided to pursue that dream by taking flying lessons and logging more than 50 hours in the cockpit. In the end, I realized I had accomplished exactly what I had always hoped for—and that I was happiest keeping aviation as a passion rather than turning it into a profession.
