Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, P.C.

Lara earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. In her past roles, Lara has excelled in identifying and developing strategies to streamline systems in order to improve organization and overall operations. Working with Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy has allowed her the space to leverage these skills in support of Izzo's growth.

 

As the Lead Integration Officer, Lara works closely with the Owner/CEO and the Leadership Team to create and implement strategies that allow the practice to maintain and improve company and employee health; reach company goals; and ultimately work towards achieving the company's mission and vision. Lara manages multiple projects cross-departmentally, and helps support and integrate all teams and systems. She focuses on anticipating and understanding the needs of others and the company as a whole to ensure that staff, clinicians, and clients are supported and that everything flows smoothly with each process.
