I have earned my Master's degree in Marriage and Family therapy and a Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Behavior and Addictions from Capella University. I have experience working with mainly adolescents ages 12-18 who have struggled with depression, anxiety, self-harm behaviors/attempts, ADHD/ADD, grief, and communication training. I have some experience in working with families and how they better help their child who is struggling with suicidal ideation. I also have experience in working school-based, community-based, and at a partial hospitalization program (PHP). I have a love for working with teens and young adults and hope to work with more adults, couples, and families.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and my cute little corgi! I am also very much musically motivated and love to sing or play uke/guitar when I can.

Fun Fact: A fun fact about me would be that one of my favorite movies is Big Hero 6!
