life transitions

I am a trauma-informed, bilingual, Marriage and Family Therapist. I view therapy as a means of self-exploration and healing and view myself as a collaborator in creating this nurturing space.

My areas of expertise include working with individuals, children, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma, grief/loss, and life transitions. I have frequently worked with PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

The therapy modalities I am practiced in include CBT, TF-CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy.

I am passionate about working with diverse populations and exploring how to best serve your needs in your mental health journey.

I received my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at California State University, Long Beach and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine.

In my free time I enjoy dancing, hosting paint nights with my friends, and spending time with family. I also love playing with my dogs and cat.
