domestic violence

Hi there, As a therapist who identifies as neurodivergent, I can personally understand the difficulties in finding professional help that truly creates meaningful, long-lasting change.

I have years of experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I have specialized training related to domestic violence and codependency struggles. Humans are naturally connective creatures. I prefer a direct approach that holds you accountable to change, whatever that may look like at this moment. I am dedicated to showing up to our space together and compassionately challenging you when needed. A gentle reminder that you may not have had a choice in how certain parts of life have unfolded. However, you are in control of writing how you show up moving forward.

My educational background includes a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University. I also earned a dual Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Sacramento State University.

Outside of therapy, I love a simple life with early mornings, coffee, and my 5-year-old fur-son. I think it’s important to get out of my bubble whenever possible, so I am constantly looking for new places to visit. I have found the most honest version of myself when traveling solo and try to venture out whenever possible. I am an English history nerd and enjoy visiting any and all sites. I am an older sister, a frequent reader, a Harry Potter fan, and a terrible cook.

Looking forward to walking with you on your self-love journey, whether it is an old path or new.
