My name is Carolina, and I am a dedicated Customer Service Representative who supports clients and families through the intake and onboarding process. With a strong background in client services and administrative coordination, I strive to ensure that every client’s first experience with the practice is welcoming, compassionate, and efficient.

I bring over five years of experience in customer service, where I developed strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

I am passionate about helping individuals and families access the support they need to improve their situations and overall well-being. I also focus on building positive relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and providing exceptional service from the very first call.
 
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. We go out every Saturday for some quality family time, whether it’s going out to eat or spending the day at the park. I’m a proud mom of two little girls, ages 4 and 5, so my world currently revolves around them and making beautiful memories together.
