addictive behaviors

I am a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist deeply dedicated to my profession. I firmly believe that therapy is an invaluable tool for processing life experiences.

My areas of expertise lie in working with families, adolescents, and couples, specifically focusing on substance use disorders, addictive behaviors, codependency, and life transitions. I am committed to providing high-quality care and support to those seeking assistance in these areas.

I received a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield.

In my free time, I love to focus on my well-being through therapy, reading, and staying active. I also enjoy giving back to the community by coaching high school cross-country and track and field. Training for half marathons is my way of relieving stress and staying healthy.
