I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate conflict, strengthen relationships, and build healthy communication skills. My professional background includes working with children and families, supporting teens through difficult stages of life, and helping parents develop effective parenting strategies. I also have experience working in a substance abuse division with both adults and adolescents, providing support through recovery and personal growth. In addition, I have worked closely with foster youth and truly enjoy supporting this population through life’s unique challenges and transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Bakersfield and completed my Master’s degree in Counseling at Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2023. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and focused on empowering clients to build autonomy, resilience, and meaningful connections within themselves and their relationships.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through exercise, hosting cozy movie nights with family and friends, and spending quality time with my son, Arlo (my beloved fur baby). I also love trying new foods, exploring different restaurants and cuisines, and traveling whenever I have the chance.
