The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."

                                                                               – Carl Jung

My goal as a therapist is to help you lighten that load, by providing tools to navigate life’s challenges while building confidence in yourself and restoring hope for the future. Together, we’ll work to reconnect you with your inner compass, allowing you to live in alignment with your values, passions, and purpose.

Life can feel overwhelming when you're navigating challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or acculturation. These experiences can weigh us down, making it harder to connect with ourselves and those around us. Therapy offers a space to explore what holds you back and to cultivate the strength and clarity to build a life that truly reflects who you are.

I guide my practice with a warm open heart. My approach is culturally responsive, collaborative, and rooted in self-compassion. I am here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to unpack the pressures you face and to support you in creating a path forward that feels authentic and empowering. I use evidence-based techniques to help you embrace your full potential. I’m here as a compassionate listener, accountability partner, and celebrator of every step you take toward growth and healing.

Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a deeper understanding of what drives you, therapy is a journey back to the person you were always meant to be. Let’s work together to build the tools, confidence, and hope you need to live courageously and unapologetically as yourself.

I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Sonoma State University. I have 5+ years of experience working with primarily women and teens struggling with various mental health issues. I have counseled people with depression, trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, grief, bullying, suicidality/self-harm, displacement/immigration, and identity development/questioning, amongst other things.
