I have a Ph.D in Professional Counseling from Amridge University and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University. I love working with people of all ages: children, adolescents, individuals, couples and families. I have worked with clients experiencing depression and anxiety.

 

In my work with clients, I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition to working with families, I have provided parenting workshops.

 

In my spare time I like to go on trips and explore new places. I also love to spend time with my family; I enjoy cooking for them and hosting them at my home.
