Therapy izzo

I earned my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Sonoma State University.

I enjoy working with children, young adults, and monolingual Spanish speaking clients of all ages. I have experience working with children in a school-based setting in assisting with depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, anger management, friendships, bullying, neurodiversity, social skills, and stress. I’m also very passionate about supporting immigrant clients and their families. In my work with clients, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy.

In my free time, I love to travel and immerse myself in different cultures. I enjoy time outdoors like hiking or going on a run. I like to watch Disney classics and explore coffee shops. Most importantly, I enjoy a lot of time with friends and family.
