I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts, and my Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College, studying psychology.
I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and specialize in working with youth and young adults. I have experience doing clinical work with children in a school-based setting, as well as children and adult clients in a community health outpatient setting. I’ve supported clients with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, neurodiversity, school-based anxiety, self-esteem, financial stress, and relationship struggles.
I use a strengths-based approach, focusing on increasing coping skills and adding tools to a client’s toolbox to allow them to more confidently manage their stressors, while tailoring interventions to client’s specific needs. I also enjoy utilizing play therapy for young clients. My style as a therapist is warm, collaborative, and empowering.
In my free time, I love to spend time outdoors, whether that is going for a hike, run, or going to a park. I love to spend time with my friends and family, and enjoy cooking meals together or exploring a new part of the Bay Area.
