Connie Ng (she/her) is a first-generation, Chinese American associate marriage and family therapist (AMFT) passionate about supporting individuals across the lifespan. Raised in an immigrant family, Connie brings a culturally responsive and compassionate lens to her work, particularly in serving BIPOC communities.

She has worked in school-based, clinic-based, and telehealth-based settings, delivering services in English and Cantonese. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine, and an M.S. in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from San Francisco State University. Connie’s therapeutic approach integrates aspects of person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and internal family systems (IFS), meeting each client where they are with empathy and respect. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, family transitions, and school-related concerns.

Outside of her clinical work, Connie enjoys quality time with her two cats, family, and friends. She loves discovering new restaurants around the Bay Area, streaming her favorite shows, listening to music, and watching Formula 1 races.

Fun Fact about me: Connie is a self-proclaimed Disney adult. Lilo and Stitch and The Lion King are her favorite movies.
