Christen Family Therapy

Christen earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused in Psychology, Philosophy, and Rhetoric and Writing from University of Arkansas in Little Rock and has a Master of Arts from California Institute of Integral Studies in Integral Counseling Psychology.

She is a dedicated therapist committed to guiding individuals through their journey of growth, learning, and healing. With a special focus on supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and new parents/caregivers as they navigate life's transitions, she is particularly passionate about addressing attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Drawing from the understanding that childhood experiences often shape adult emotional well-being, she employs a holistic approach that encompasses both past and present challenges.

Her hobbies include travel, gardening, hiking, music, and participating in the medicine of laughter.
