Yael is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received her Master’s from Notre Dame de Namur’s Art Therapy program. She is a Spanish Speaking bilingual clinician who has worked with children adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression and grief/loss and many forms of trauma.

 

Yael is skilled in working through a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to incorporate a space where clients can learn to accept all parts of themselves.

 

When not working, Yael enjoys traveling, spending time next to bodies of water and spending time with her dog Kona.
