Hello all! I earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a graduate certificate in Contemporary Behavior and Addictions specialization from Capella University. Prior to that I obtained an undergraduate degree from California State University, Sacramento.

 

I enjoy working with a wide array of clients, which includes but is not limited to adolescents, young adults, individuals, and couples. I have experience in assisting clients with dilemmas such as ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, divorce and separation, and identity exploration. I also have a strong passion for helping members of the LGBTQ+ community.

 

In my free time I indulge in various different hobbies such as traveling, working out at the gym, hiking, paddleboard and snowboarding, as well as gardening. When I prefer indoors, I enjoy reading a good book, journaling, and even playing video games. Above all else, I love spending time with friends and family.
