Addiction

Hello everyone!

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with a graduate certificate in Contemporary Behavior and Addictions from Capella University. Prior to that, I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento (Go Hornets!)

I’m passionate about working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, young adults, individuals, and couples. My clinical experience spans a variety of concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, divorce and separation, and identity exploration. I'm especially committed to advocating for and supporting the LGBTQ+ community.

Outside the therapy room, I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy traveling, going to the gym, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and gardening. When I’m indoors, I love to read, journal, and unwind with video games. Above all, I treasure quality time with friends and family—there’s nothing more meaningful to me than authentic connection.
