Everyone has bad experiences in life and some are more difficult to overcome than others. It's especially hard to deal with trauma and abuse. These awful events that happen to us may bring depression, anxiety, and PTSD as well as confusion with life, with how to interact with the world, and with how to manage our perception of those who care for us. I’ve enjoyed bringing light and perspective to clients with such experiences.

I have worked with individuals coming from troubled homes, those dealing with suicidality, and those in crisis. I’ve worked with children in the foster system, outpatient, juvenile hall, and victims of sexual abuse. I’ve also worked with individuals in crisis stabilization units, corrections, and perpetrators of sex crimes.

I have experience leading a team in Santa Clara County spreading mental health awareness through outreach in the community and providing psychological education.

I have currently been offering couples counseling and faith-based counseling.

I hope to be a good fit for you!

I have a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Management from DeVry University.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, hiking, watching movies, and exploring different foods.
