I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life’s many challenges. My passion for mental health grew from a desire to guide others through their most difficult moments toward resilience, peace, and personal growth.

Over the years, I’ve worked with diverse populations — including children in foster care, individuals in crisis, survivors and perpetrators of abuse, and clients in correctional and behavioral health settings. My experience includes roles in crisis stabilization units, forensic and outpatient programs, and community mental health, where I’ve provided therapy, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention support.

Currently, I provide individual, family, couples, and faith-based counseling through Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy, PC. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution-Focused, and Trauma-Focused therapies to help clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward healing.

I hold a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and licensed in California.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, watching movies, and exploring new foods. I approach both life and therapy with compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every person has the ability to heal and thrive.
