We are here to help children through a wide variety of difficult experiences such as:

  • Separation or Divorce

  • Death of a Loved One

  • Trauma

  • Bullying

  • Sexual, Emotional, or Physical Abuse

  • Family Relocation

  • Family Substance Abuse or Addiction

  • Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder

  • Sexual/Gender Issues

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
is one of the methods we use in working with children and adolescents to help them become aware of the way our thoughts influence how we feel and the things we do. We can help them identify, test the reality of, and modify counterproductive thoughts and beliefs as they navigate emotional and personal challenges.
