I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies and Human Development from California State University, East Bay. With experience as both a school counselor in middle and high school settings, as well as an early childhood educator, I have a diverse background in working with individuals of all ages.

I am a solution-focused counselor, adept at building relationships with people from various backgrounds. My passion lies in supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, although I have experience counseling individuals who have endured all types of trauma. With a focus on trauma-informed therapy techniques, I aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their feelings and experiences. I believe in taking a holistic approach to counseling, addressing the emotional, psychological, and physical well-being of my clients.

Continuously engaging in professional development, I stay updated on the latest research and practices in the counseling field. My ultimate goal as a clinical counselor is to empower my clients to heal, grow, and regain control over their lives. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective counseling services, enriching the lives of those with whom I work.

I enjoy traveling to new cities, states, and countries as often as I can! I enjoy going to theme parks with my son and we try to go to Disneyland as often as possible. In my downtime, also enjoy Zumba, weight lifting (Body Pump class), reading, and writing.
