Hispanic therapist

I earned my Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University and my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and in Theology and Religious Studies from the University of San Francisco.

Working at an on-site clinic at Chapman University, I have worked with children, adolescents, middle aged and older adults, and families with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have worked extensively with clients facing other challenges such as lifecycle/developmental transitions and interpersonal/family dynamic issues. I am passionate about working with minority populations, specifically Hispanic/Spanish speaking individuals and families and LGBTQ+ adolescents.

During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and fitting in travel where I can. I prioritize self-care and like to maintain my well-being by going to pilates and hiking/taking long walks.
