family systems

Gina Mazzetti offers virtual sessions for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. With over five years of experience, she takes a client-centered, humanistic approach, integrating Internal Family Systems to support personal growth. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, focusing on gradual progress through small, meaningful steps.

Gina works best with clients who are open to self-exploration and committed to lasting change. Authenticity and openness are at the core of her approach, as she brings her personality and sense of humor into sessions to create a relaxed and supportive environment. Her nonjudgmental and genuine demeanor helps clients feel at ease, fostering deeper connections and meaningful healing.

Sessions with Gina are both casual and intentional, providing a safe space for self-discovery while incorporating practical psychoeducation. She values getting to know her clients on a personal level, recognizing that these details contribute to the therapeutic process and overall growth.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys savoring loose-leaf tea, listening to financial podcasts—recognizing the connection between finances and mental health—and spending quality time with her nieces and nephews.

Fun Fact: A fun fact about Gina is that she has had the same therapist for the past eight years and still looks forward to every session—despite spending her days in sessions with clients.
