trauma disorder

I received my Master of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling with a mental health focus. Additionally, I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Psychology.

I enjoy working with children, young adults, and teens. I have experience in working with depression, PTSD, anxiety, stress, and other trauma related disorders. When working with clients I tend to utilize DBT with elements of CBT and other strength-based approaches. I tailor each session to my client's specific needs and let them be the expert in the room. I also like to combine my approach with certain elements of existential-humanistic treatment modalities.

In my free time, I love to hike, read, hang out with friends and family, and go on adventures. Photography is one of my favorite hobbies and I add to my portfolio from all my adventures.
