adult therapist

Working with me as a therapist will feel empowering, meaningful, insightful, and you will be heard. You will get excited about taking steps toward personal solutions for your happiness.

I have experience working with children and teens in a school setting or in the community with issues such as: anger management, coping skills, communication and social skills, bullying, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, suicidal ideation, grief, and managing daily stress.

I have also experience working with adults from age 18-70 with issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction and alcoholism, suicidal ideation, low self esteem, divorce, grief and loss, marital issues, interpersonal relationships, communication, PTSD, trauma, OCD, and managing stress from everyday life.

I love to spend time traveling, hiking, going to the beach, and hanging out with family and friends. I have 4 dogs and two cats, they are a joy to be around and add to my life in a major way.
