I have a combined experience providing different levels of outpatient and in-patient mental health services throughout the past 6-years with a wide range of populations and modalities. I have had the pleasure of working with people of all ages, from children to geriatric populations. Additionally, I have had experience with special populations such as foster youth, Substance Use Disorder, and severe in-patient crisis.

 

I obtained my Master of Science Degree in Counseling Psychology at California State University, Bakersfield and my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Applied Statistics. Most of my experience has been with children, families, and individuals; however, I welcome and have experience working with couples as well. Modality orientation (CBT/Solution Focused/Existential).

 

My hobbies include learning and expanding my experiences in life. I enjoy traveling and seek involvement in novel experiences. Additionally, I enjoy the process of learning so I spend a significant amount of time learning about current political affairs, global events, other educational disciplines, and overall the impact that these events have on our mental health. I also enjoy riding my motorbike, playing video games, watching football, and indulging in car culture.
