I have a passion for helping people build values-driven lives that embrace the presence of relationships that are nurturing, safe, and supported. I work with adults, children, families, and couples, and particularly enjoy helping couples work through difficult issues and come back together closer than before.
I have extensive training in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked with people from all walks of life, and strive to help my clients meet their goals and find joy in their lives.
I am a graduate of the University of California in Berkeley, CA and did my graduate work at the University of Palo Alto.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with family and going on outdoor adventures with my pug. I also love to cook, move my body, listen to audiobooks and work towards building new skills.
