Izzo Marriage and Family Therapy, P.C.

My name is Marissa Charlotte Meleney, and I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Referral Specialist at Izzo Marriage & Family Therapy. I support clients through the intake and referral process by building trust, assessing needs and coordinating services. Throughout my career, I have specialized in answering 24-hour crisis hotlines, client intake, enrollment, documentation management, facilitation and service coordination while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and trauma-informed care.

I strive to create a welcoming and supportive experience for individuals who may be facing stress, crisis, or significant life challenges.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, using my imagination, skating, singing, dancing, and reading (I strive to read every day). I love learning about neuroscience, being in nature, and walking. I once completed a 300-mile walk through France and Spain.

I find fulfillment in volunteering in my community. As a recipient of the Ambassador of Peace Award from the Orange County Violence Prevention Coalition, I am deeply committed to embodying the principles of peace in my interactions with myself and others, both personally and professionally.
