Becoming You: A Group for Young Adults

You’re not lost—you’re becoming.

This 4-week group is for emerging adults who want to explore their identity, values, and sense of self in a supportive space. Through guided journaling, creative prompts, and open discussion, you'll connect with others who are navigating early adulthood and all the uncertainty, pressure, and potential it brings.

If you’ve been asking yourself, “Who am I, really?”—this space is for you.
