I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and recently completed my Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy.
I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic space that is both dynamic and supportive, using tools like mindfulness, art, drama, play, and embodiment to help clients connect with their inner selves. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and find great fulfillment in helping them build social-emotional skills and better understand their unique and valuable perspectives.
My experience working with children has been incredibly rewarding. I completed my practicum through the Youth Service Bureau, where I worked in an elementary school setting. There, I led therapeutic groups and provided individual support, focusing on helping children navigate their social and emotional challenges.
Outside of therapy, I love to explore creativity in many forms. You might find me walking along the beach searching for sea glass, engaging in arts and crafts like felting and painting, or baking something delicious. I’m also a big fan of yoga, musical theater and enjoy taking mindful walks, stopping to smell the flowers along the way. And when it’s time to relax, there’s nothing better than re-watching my favorite 22-minute NBC sitcoms.
