I have a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Journalism from the University of Southern California and am a Registered Behavior Technician.


My work experience as a therapist using both long-term and short-term therapies, in both inpatient and outpatient as well as private practice settings include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Grief Therapy, and Art Therapy.


Demographics I've had the pleasure working with including couples, adolescents, teens, LGBTQIA+, Autistic, & BIPOC. With ages ranging from 5-60. My experiences in non-profit and community based work, private practice as well as residency have all helped prepare me for and welcome challenges as I continue to grow in the field of work.


A few fun facts about me: My hobbies include traveling, DIY projects, antique shopping and thrifting, as well as mentoring and coaching sports.
