I have a Master's Degree in Psychology with a dual major in both Marriage and Family Therapy and Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. I received a Bachelor's Degree in history from Sonoma State University.

I spent the majority of my work experience as an outpatient therapist using short-term therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My main demographic has been male children, the majority of which were teenagers, and between the ages of 4-17. I have worked with several different populations including whites, hispanics, blacks and those of mixed heritage. I have some experience working in school settings and with a client's support network.

I have several different hobbies and outside interests. I enjoy going to the gym and cooking. I also greatly enjoy reading and computer games when I have some spare time.
