Life isn’t always easy, and there will always be struggles, but there will also always be room for growth and acceptance. I can support and guide you through the rough patches in life and help you learn to be present and cherish the little things. My intention is to assist you in transforming the narrative from “life’s constant ups and downs” to the “ebb and flow of living.”

I can provide support and treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and other ailments that are impairing you from feeling fulfilled each day. I am skilled at crisis intervention and providing family and partner support. From coping through my own life struggles, I can understand and relate to the reluctance to reflect inward, but then through the acceptance of the process, have grown to know and understand that the journey of self-healing starts from within.

Our goal is to establish a strong foundation where we can nurture a transformative process of living fully and progressing, even if in small increments. Navigating life isn’t always pretty or easy, but through self-reflection and exploration, we can work through the struggles and celebrate the growth.

I am a graduate of Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California with a Master of Science Degree in Clinical Psychology.
