Anastasia earned a Master's Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from JFK School of Psychology and Social Sciences at National University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. Anastasia was a preschool teacher for over 12 years before becoming a therapist. She was a crisis counselor for three years for one of the largest organizations for survivors of human trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

She loves working with her clients collaborating and being a tour guide to give all the options so they can choose the best path for themselves and build self-confidence. Her goal is for them to start to love themselves, have compassion, self-trust, and strength in setting boundaries. Anastasia believes each client has a unique healing path as it connects to their belief systems of self, family, and relationships with the world.

One of her favorite quotes is “we can’t teach people anything, we can only help them discover it within themselves.”

In her spare time, Anastasia loves being with her daughter who is seven-years-old and full of personality. They love painting together and spending time outside as much as possible.
