Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #139823
I offer a gentle and whole person approach to deeply explore emotional struggles and challenges you may be experiencing. Through compassion and curiosity, I provide a safe environment to meet you where you are.
If you are grieving a death or loss, our therapy can provide a warm space to move along the turbulent waters of grief to find both acceptance and meaning in your suffering. I am here to support and walk alongside you as we explore your symptoms and emotions.
I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship to create both growth and a deeper connection with yourself and others. I am passionate about working with individuals who are experiencing grief & loss, social anxiety and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, holistic, somatic, client centered, and curious. I enjoy working with young adults, teens, and children.
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Sonoma State University.
I enjoy going for walks and being in nature. My free time is spent cooking, painting with watercolors, reading fiction, knitting, and drinking hot tea.
