Many times in life we can find ourselves disconnected from the people we love, from ourselves, and from the world around us. Living in a world that promotes a fast-paced life with little room for error can be difficult to manage and we can quickly find ourselves feeling trapped and alone.

My style builds on one's self-awareness and self-compassion and focuses on living an inspired and intentional life. I work with adolescents and college-age adults who are looking for ways to build healthy relationships with themselves.

I received my Master's Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and in Art Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, California and my Bachelor's Degree in Art Studio from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.

As a certified Art Therapist, I use art as a way of self-reflection and exploration. Issues that I find most prominent in my practice are depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image issues, low self-esteem, low confidence, and trauma.

This world can be brutal at times, however it can also give such beauty. I encourage you to take the first step in finding the beauty in your life. You are loved, wanted, appreciated, and deserving of a beautifully intentional life.

I have recently had a baby, so I'm pretty occupied by this insanely cute bundle of joy! When I get more free time I can't wait to go back to sculpting ceramics.
